Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 30, 2025
Leads Launcher (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you provide to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you visit our website, interact with us, or use our services—now focused on outbound mortgage-agent outreach and relationship building.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect:
- Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number, job title, and company/brokerage name.
- Business/Account Information (Clients): Your business details, ICP/target criteria, preferences, and content you provide for campaigns.
- Prospect Information (B2B): Business contact details for real-estate agents and related professionals (e.g., name, work email, work phone, brokerage, market area), plus engagement history (opens/replies/meetings).
- Sources: You, publicly available business sources (agent websites/directories/social profiles), licensed data providers, and campaign interactions.
- Payment Information: Processed securely by our payment processor (we don’t store card numbers).
- Website & Analytics Data: Pages viewed, device/browser data, and similar metrics via cookies/analytics.
- Communications: Emails, messages, call notes, form submissions, and scheduling details.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information and services are for adults in a business context.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use information to:
- Provide, operate, and improve our outbound agent acquisition and relationship retention services.
- Identify, contact, and qualify relevant B2B prospects (agents) on your behalf.
- Personalize messaging, manage cadences, and track meetings, partnerships, and pipeline value.
- Respond to inquiries and provide customer support.
- Process payments and manage accounts.
- Analyze website and campaign performance.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce agreements.
Legal bases (EU/UK GDPR, where applicable): consent (e.g., marketing opt-ins), contract (to deliver services), and legitimate interests (B2B outreach to professional contacts, service improvement, security). You can object to processing based on legitimate interests at any time.
3. Controller vs. Processor
- For website visitors, our own marketing, and our prospect sourcing, we act as a Data Controller.
- For client-provided contact lists and client campaigns, we generally act as a Data Processor and process personal data under your instructions and our agreement.
4. Data Retention
- Clients: We retain account and billing data for as long as your account is active and as required by law.
- Prospects (agents): We retain business contact data only while relevant for active campaigns or until an opt-out is received. Opt-outs are added to a do-not-contact list to prevent future outreach.
- Website/analytics: Retained for a reasonable period to analyze and improve services.
You can request deletion at any time (see Section 9).
5. Sharing of Information
We don’t sell your personal data. We may share limited data with trusted service providers who help us run our services, for example:
- Outreach & Scheduling: email outreach platforms (e.g., Instantly or equivalent), Calendly (meeting scheduling).
- Payments: Stripe.
- Hosting & Analytics: website host, analytics providers, CRM/reporting tools.
These providers process data under contracts that limit their use to providing services for us. We may also share data if required by law or to protect rights and safety, or in the context of a business transaction (e.g., merger).
6. Your Choices & Opt-Outs
- Emails: Use the unsubscribe link in our emails or contact us.
- Calls/SMS: Reply STOP to opt out of SMS; ask to be added to our do-not-call/do-not-contact list for calls.
- Prospects: If you’re an agent who received outreach and prefer no further contact, let us know—we’ll suppress your info going forward.
- Cookies: Manage cookies in your browser settings.
7. Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies for functionality, analytics, and performance. You can control cookies via your browser; some features may not function properly without them.
8. Automated Decision-Making
We use automation/AI to help with list building, sequencing, lead scoring, and follow-ups. Decisions with legal or similarly significant effects are not made without human involvement.
9. Data Rights
Depending on your location (e.g., EU/UK GDPR, California CCPA/CPRA and similar laws), you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction/objection, and to opt out of certain processing and targeted advertising.
To exercise rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will verify and respond pursuant to applicable law.
10. International Transfers
If we transfer personal data across borders, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., SCCs where applicable).
11. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No system is 100% secure; please use strong, unique passwords and notify us of any suspected issue.
12. Children’s Privacy
Our services are for business use and not directed to children under 13 (or applicable age threshold). We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We’ll post the latest version on our website and adjust the effective date above. If changes are significant, we may provide additional notice.
